Grand Pacific Health
Grand Pacific Health head office was delivered by T&T in partnership with Frontier Fitouts and a client-nominated designer, successfully delivered a 600sqm office fit-out for Head Space. The project featured custom joinery, premium finishes, and advanced acoustic solutions, requiring detailed technical expertise and coordination.
Completed within an impressive 6-week timeframe and with a budget of $1 million, the project exceeded client expectations. Pimpama State School
T&T recently completed the refurbishment of two general learning areas at Pimpama State School for the Department of Education in Queensland and Honeywill Consulting. Delivered over a 2-month timeline, the project was successfully finished ahead of schedule and on budget, reflecting our commitment to efficiency and excellence.
Working within a live school environment, we meticulously planned and managed the refurbishment to ensure the school’s daily operations were completely uninterrupted. This approach minimized disruption to students and staff while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. T&T was engaged by New Hope Group, a leading mining company, to deliver a full-floor fit-out of their Brisbane head office under a design and construct model.
This premium project involved creating a completely new workspace tailored to the client’s unique requirements and vision.
We collaborated closely with New Hope Group to ensure every element, from custom-designed furniture to bespoke joinery, met their premium standards.
